Tonightโ€™s dinner was a last minute decision but damn it was good ๐Ÿ˜

Served with sticky rice ๐Ÿš

Ingredients: (for 2 people)
โœจ 200g @icelandfoods shredded beef
โœจ 2 x 130g @veetee_official sticky rice
โœจ 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
โœจ 3 tbsp light soy sauce
โœจ 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
โœจ 2 tbsp honey
โœจ 250ml beef stock
โœจ 1 Red pepper
โœจ 1 yellow pepper
โœจ 1 Red onion
โœจ sprinkle Chinese 5 spice
โœจ cornflour slurry (1 tbsp cornflour to 2 tbsp water)

Method:
1. Preheat your oven and prepare your veg
2. Cook beef as per instructions in the oven
3. Fry off your veg in a pan until soft
4. Add some 5 spice to this & add in your beef stock
5. Add soy sauce, vinegar, sweet chilli & honey
6. Bring to the boil and reduce by half
7. Add in your cornflour slurry
8. Add in your beef and mix it all up to coat (add some more slurry if you need to make it thicker)
9. Cook your rice & serve up ๐Ÿ˜
