✨CREAMY GARLIC CHICKEN PASTA✨

Well I do love the creamy garlic chicken from the @pinchofnom books so I made it into a pasta dish and it’s 10/10 πŸ˜πŸ€€πŸ™ŒπŸ»

Ingredients: (makes two portions)
– 400g chicken breast, diced (I had chicken to use up)
– 140g dry linguine
– 1 Red onion, sliced
– 3 tsp garlic purΓ©e
– 1 tsp Dijon mustard
– 70g @philadelphia_uki lightest
– 200ml chicken & beef stock mixed
– 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
– 1 tsp white wine vinegar
– salt & pepper
– parsley & paprika for garnish

Method:
1. Season your chicken with salt & pepper and heat up a pan
2. Spray your pan with frylight & add your chicken (I also popped my pasta on to boil here)
3. Cook until pretty much done then remove from pan
4. Deglaze pan by adding Worcestershire sauce then white wine vinegar and scrape pan until it evaporates
5. Spray pan again then add in your onion & garlic – fry for 5 mins or so
6. Add in your mustard and fry for a further minute
7. Add in your stock then let it simmer for about 10 mins
8. Once reduced, add in your cream cheese & mix it
9. Add your chicken back to the pan and let it simmer for another 5-10 minutes
10. Add the pasta, mix up & enjoy 🀩
